Started in 2001, CLASE Ventures Pty Ltd is a boutique investment and funds management company based out of Perth, Western Australia, providing seed and venture capital funding to companies wishing to commercialize protectable intellectual property in a range of industry sectors whilst also managing a Government of Australia Innovation program called COMET in WA.
In October 2006, as a direct result of its portfolio achievements, CLASE launched a new business arm focusing primarily on transactional opportunities afforded through mergers, acquisitions, licensing, trade sales and other such commercial arrangements.
